User Responsibilities

Health and Safety

• You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks
• You should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program
• You use the app and follow workout routines at your own risk
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of performing the exercises
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort

Proper Use

• Use the app only for its intended fitness and health purposes
• Provide accurate personal information (height, weight, fitness level) for optimal workout generation
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the app and its content

In-App Purchases - Coins

Timiros offers coin purchases as the only form of in-app transaction. Please note:

• No Subscriptions: We do not offer any subscription-based services
• Coin Purchases: Coins can be purchased to unlock premium features and content
• Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• No Real Money Value: Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Non-Transferable: Coins cannot be transferred between accounts or devices

Intellectual Property

All content within the Timiros app, including but not limited to:

• Exercise instructions and demonstrations
• Workout plans and algorithms
• User interface design and graphics
• App name, logo, and branding
• Software code and functionality

Are the exclusive property of Timiros and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data

• Most of your data is stored locally on your device
• We only collect minimal information (User ID and coin balance)
• Your workout data and personal information remain on your device

• The effectiveness of workout plans or fitness results
• The accuracy of exercise instructions or form demonstrations
• Continuous availability or error-free operation of the app
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timiros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
